The slowUp welcomes cyclists, roller skaters, scooters, roller skiers and all other means of transport. Roads will be closed to traffic along a 23km circuit around Lac de Joux to allow children and families to ride together at their own pace in an idyllic setting. Join at any point of the route and continue for as long as you choose. The route is very easily accessible by public transport and there are refreshment points at regular intervals.

During the La Tour Genève Triathlon weekend, the triathletes of tomorrow have the opportunity to participate in an adapted race for children. The Kidsathlon race is designed for children aged 6-10 and features a 50m lake swim followed by a 500m run. The Junior race is for children aged 11-13 and features a 200m lake swim and a 1.5km run.
